Convention Center Group has among its objectives that of protecting the personal information given by its Users. Due to it, Convention Center Group has established the following guidelines to protect the said information as much as possible. The guidelines may change at any time, so we suggest you consult them periodically.

1. Personal Information Requested

Convention Center Group will request personal information from Service Users so as to enhance the use of the Services rendered by Convention Center Group to allow our customers reach adequate audience groups, as well as to generate data bases that Convention Center Group will use for diverse business purposes.

Convention Center Group web page has hyperlinks, hypertexts, links, banners, buttons and search tools in the World Wide Web that when pressed or used by the Users they are taken to portals and web pages of third parties. Even though in some cases these pages and portals are framed in the navigation bar or in the look and feel of Convention Center Group, the information given by the User through these portals and sites is not covered or even considered by this privacy policy. Its handling or use, therefore, is not a responsibility of Convention Center Group. 3. “Cookies” and “IP addresses” use

Convention Center Group data server will send data to the User navigator to store it in the hard disc of their computer, as it allows the identification of the computers used by the User when they access our portal. This process known as the use of “cookies” or “IP addresses” allows Convention Center Group to offer a more personal service to its Users as it allows, amongst other things, to send publicity and promotion campaigns, to measure the size of our audience and the traffic flow in different sites that the User visits.
