In the case of being unable to verify or prove the authenticity of the information given by you during any inscription process, purchase of any event registration , authenticity verification, or any other process not mentioned here, or if there is no possibility of verifying or authorizing your credit card, or information on your bank account, you will be forbidden the use of the Site.

Thus we have the right to block access to the Site or to other Convention Center Group services, or to cancel an event registration to any person or persons that break the Law or the terms established by the Convention Center Group rights. To break any of Site limitations or terms will be considered as a transgression against these Use Conditions.

Access and interference

You state and agree that you will use no robot, spider, automatic devise or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or their contents for non-authorized purposes without a previous express written permit.

You state and agree that you will not use any kind of device, software or routine, nor carry out any action that might interfere with the adequate function of the Site. You agree not to carry out any action the might impose any unreasonable or overwhelming loads to our data transfer infrastructure. You agree not to enter, reload or update any transaction event or carry out any other transaction server request more than once during any three-second interval. Transgression suspicion of Use Conditions and the Law; cautionary and equitable measures and damage compensation

Transgressions against these Use Conditions including the non-authorized Site use, may be investigated and may cause the Convention Center Group to carry out the legal actions it deems necessary, including, but not limiting itself, to civil, penal, and cautionary actions.

In this act you state your agreement that at the Convention Center Group discretion, without previous announcement, your access to the Site may be restricted, cancellation on an event registration may be made, or any other available recourse may be exercised, if Convention Center Group has any elements or signs that the User Content that you sent, or your conduct or that or any third party that Convention Center Group thinks acts with you, are inconsistent with the terms in this page or in the Law, or that they transgress the Convention Center Group rights, or those of a Convention Group Center user, or those of any other Site user.

In this act you state your agreement that monetary compensation may not be enough reparation for Convention Center Group regarding the violation of the Use Conditions , and therefore payment of damages or any other compensation equitable to such violations must be considered. You state and agree that the illegal Site use, as previously defined, may cause damages to Convention Center Group that might even cause disruption in its good relationship with customers, sales losses and an increase in expenses to repair this. You also agree that monetary damages due to illegal Site use are difficult to find out, and to prove and calculate them is costly and inconvenient. You agree, then, that damage reparation is justified due to illegal use. Thus, you agree that if your actions or those actions of any other person acting with you, alone or collectively, cause a request for more than 1,000 Site pages in a period of twenty four hours, then you, and those persons acting with you, will, together or separately, be responsible for the payment of ten US dollars ($10.00 US ) per page, when the request of a page is done after the first 1,000 requests placed in a twenty-four hour period. Besides, you agree that this will be the way to measure the damage caused by any illegal Use made before these Use Conditions became enforced.

Convention Center Group has no obligation to make any reimbursement in the exercise of your rights and recourses if it is established that you transgressed the terms of these Use Conditions, or any other right of Convention Center Group.

Besides, Convention Center Group has the right and the discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any moment, with or without warning. We also have the right and discretion to limit certain functions and services, and restrict access to the Site partially or totally without previous warning. We have no legal responsibility whatsoever to you or any third party due to claims or action causes that may come about when the rights mentioned above are exercised.

Privacy

We believe that your privacy and that of our other users is very important. The terms of the User Conditions are subjected to the Privacy Policy, which is herein for further reference. Convention Center Group has no legal, or any other, responsibility, due to the use or disclosure of contact or financial information because of third parties to whom Convention Center Group may have allowed to disclose its contact information under the said privacy policy.

You shall not place in the Site any personal information that may be used to identify or contact you, without limitations: your name, work or home address, telephone numbers, bippers, e-mail addresses, or any other type of information. If you “place” or “publish” this information, Convention Center Group cannot prevent its illegal use, the terms of the Use Conditions, your personal privacy or your security. If you “place” or “publish” such information in the Site, you are transgressing the terms of these Use Conditions.

Convention Center Group is not responsible for any data loss that might happen due to the operation of the Site or the application of the terms in the Use Conditions. We urge all users to keep their own backup version of any User Contents or any other information sent to the Site.

Copyright policy

We determine the privileges of any user that may enter the Site to transmit illegally any copyright material without expressed previous license agreement, valid defense or specific use exemption for it. CONVENTION CENTER GROUP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY TYPE THAT MAY COME FROM THE SITE USE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS: DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CONVENTION CENTER GROUP DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY ESPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SITE AND OTHER COVENTION CENTER GROUP SERVICES. CONVENTION CENTER GROUP IS FREE FROM ANY AND EVERY RESPONSIBILITY, ACTION, OMISSION OR CONDUCT EXERCISED BY A THIRD PARTY, CONVENTION CENTER GROUP USERS, SITE PUBLICISTS AND/OR SPONSORS IN RELATION TO CONVENTION CENTER GROUP SERVICES OR ANY OTHER WAY RELATED TO THE SITE USE AND/OR CONVENTION CENTER USE SERVICE.

Responsibility limits

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, CONVENTION CENTER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGE, OR FOR PROFIT, INCOME OR BUSSINESS OPORTUNITY LOSSES, EVEN THOUGH CONVENTION CENTER GROUP MAY HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SAID DAMAGES.

Compensation

In this act you expressly manifest that it is your will to free us from any compensation, freeing thus Convention Center Group, as well as its branch offices, managers, agents, and employees from the responsibility due to any loss, obligation, or claim, including lawyers’ fees incurred by a third party, and due to or coming from the Site use, even when the Site has been used to create a link to another web page or portal, or to load contents or any other information to the Site.
